Where is the collection?
The collection is from our depot in Leeds, approximately a 7-minute drive from Leeds Train Station.
What is the age limit for hire?
For insurance purposes, we offer hire only to those aged between 21-79, and you must have held your driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
Is there a mileage allowance?
Absolutely not. We want you to enjoy your trip without worrying about exceeding any mileage allowance.
Is insurance included?
Yes, our vehicles come with fully comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover.
Is there a minimum hire period?
During the high season, we have a minimum hire period of 7 days. In the mid/low season, our rental periods are flexible, and we can offer a minimum hire of 3 days.
What does the rental price include?
The rental price includes the vehicle, insurance, and a gas bottle for the hire. There are no hidden charges, but you are expected to pay for your own diesel while driving the motorhome.
What are the collection and return times?
Collection of the vehicle is 3pm onwards, and return times are between by 11 am unless specified or arranged prior. Please return the vehicle on time so we can clean and prepare it for the next hire.
Can we travel abroad?
Yes, you can travel abroad in our motorhomes. There is no additional cost, but please inform us for insurance purposes.
Are pets allowed in the motorhome?
Small pets are allowed in our motorhomes. We require a £150 pet deposit, fully refundable upon the vehicle's return, provided there is no pet-related damage.
Who can drive during my hire?
Only those named on the rental agreement. We offer additional drivers for £25 per hire. Please do not allow anyone not on the rental agreement to drive, as they will not be covered by our insurance.
Can I leave my vehicle with you?
Yes, we offer secure off-road parking at our premises, monitored by CCTV cameras. While we take every precaution to ensure your vehicle's safety, we accept no responsibility for vehicles left at our premises.
Do you provide kitchen utensils?
Yes, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and pots/pans are provided.
Is bedding supplied?
Bedding is not supplied as standard. You are expected to bring your own, but we can offer bedding hire if required. Please inform us in advance to prepare a set for your booking.
Do you deliver?
We offer vehicle delivery, subject to a delivery charge, which varies depending on the delivery location. Please inquire for details.
What is my security deposit for?
Your security deposit ensures the vehicle is returned undamaged, clean, and with an empty/clean toilet cassette. If there is damage, your deposit will cover it. If the damage costs less than the deposit, you will receive a partial refund of the balance.
